1. Who are the data controller and the Data Protection Officer?

When it comes to protecting your Data, regulations define two key roles:

- the data controller, who determines the purposes for which your Data is collected. This is the CHRISTEX Company, whose registered office is located at 115, Allée de la Pièce du Lavoir 91190 Gif-syr-Yvette, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 450 221 155 ("CHRISTEX", "we", "us"), which can be contacted by telephone on 01 69 41 75 65 and by e-mail by filling in the contact form, "Personal Data" section, located on the contact page of the Site;

2. What Personal Data do we collect?

Your Personal Data is collected, for example, when you fill in the forms provided on the Site, when you place an order on the Site, when you contact customer service and, more generally, when you browse our Site. This concerns the following Personal Data:

Information collected when creating your account, such as your surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address, date of birth and telephone number, as well as your contact preferences for subscribing to our newsletter;

The information collected when you create your account on the Site, such as your first and last name, e-mail address, password, contact preferences for subscribing to our newsletter, telephone number and date of birth.

The information required to manage and track your orders, such as your e-mail address so that we can send you your receipt electronically, your credit card details for the transaction, your order history (e.g. purchase amount, product references), your written or telephone exchanges with our customer service department;

Information collected during your browsing of the Site, such as your browsing history (e.g. date and time of connection and/or browsing, pages visited), type of terminal and browser, your location, browser language, access provider, IP address.

3. Why do we use your Personal Data?

We use your Personal Information for several purposes.

Our primary objective is of course to always satisfy you as a customer. To this end, we collect the majority of your Data as part of your purchasing actions, in order to deliver your orders and to support you in the follow-up of our relationship.

On the other hand, we may collect your Data when you give us your consent for purposes that will optimize your experience with our brand.

Finally, other Data is collected because it is required for legitimate purposes (for example, to enable you to access and use our Site).

Right of rectification: you have the right to ask us to rectify your Data if they are inaccurate or incomplete;

Right to deletion: you have the right to ask us to delete your Data (subject to the conditions set out in article 8 below);

Right of objection: you have the right to ask not to receive any further communications from us by using our online forms, our links at the bottom of our emails or by replying STOP by sms.

Right to portability: you have the right to request the portability of your Data, if the conditions for exercising this right are met;

Right to information: you have the right to obtain information on how we process your Data.

5. Who will receive your Personal Data?

We do not transmit your data outside the European Union.  

7. Security and confidentiality of your Personal Data

We implement technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, integrity, authenticity and confidentiality of Personal Data. We ensure that our partners maintain a similar level of protection for your Personal Data as we do. We also ensure that your transactions are secure by implementing appropriate measures to combat fraud.

8. How long is your Personal Data kept?

We keep your Personal Data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Thus, we keep :

your Personal Data, with the exception of your bank details which are collected and processed by our service providers in charge of payment management, for 3 years from the date of the last interaction between us;

connection logs that are collected, with your consent, using cookies and other trackers used as part of the service, for a period not exceeding thirteen (13) months. For further details, please refer to the "Cookies policy".

Your bank details are stored by our payment partner Stripe. When you make an online purchase, you will be asked to enter your bank details in the appropriate fields. If you agree, and in order to facilitate your payments, you may prefer our payment service provider to store your bank details securely so that they can be used for future purchases. In this case, you can tick the "Save your payment details" box at checkout. You can ask us to delete your credit card details at any time by logging into your account under "My payment options", or by writing to us via our contact form.

Once your Data has been deleted from our database, some of your Data may be kept in archive form with restricted and strictly limited access for the purposes of satisfying our legal, accounting and tax obligations, as well as to manage any claims and requests for guarantees within the applicable limitation periods.

Once your Personal Data is no longer required for the purposes or for archiving purposes to meet our legal obligations or for the purposes of the applicable statute of limitations, your Data will be irreversibly anonymized.

At any time, you have the right to ask us to delete all or part of your Data, to object to its processing or to request its limitation, in accordance with article 4 above. In the event of your request for deletion, your Data will be deleted from our database and stored in archive form as indicated above.

9. Miscellaneous

If we change the way we process your Data, we will update our Privacy Policy and inform you accordingly.
